333Studios, a studio founded by veteran developers, recently revealed its latest title, Retrieval, a cinematic horror adventure set to release on PC and consoles. The combination of a compelling narrative with immersive gameplay promises to captivate players, who can already add the game to their wishlist on Steam and the PlayStation Store.

During the Future Game Show, the studio presented a new trailer, showcasing real-time gameplay footage using NVIDIA’s RTXDI® technology, which enhances shadows and reflections with ray tracing. Additionally, the trailer featured fully 3D audio powered by Dolby Atmos®, with sound design by Wild Cat Records. "We want players to feel the impact of every moment. By combining cutting-edge graphics and immersive audio, Retrieval stands out in every aspect," a studio spokesperson stated.

The game puts players in control of Hana Loshe, the commander of a research team stranded on the distant planet Ryhalian. Players will navigate a retro-futuristic base filled with mysteries and face terrifying challenges while fighting for survival. "The narrative explores themes of friendship and loyalty while immersing players in relentless horror," highlighted the development team.
