Cactus Production is about to launch a unique emotional journey with the arrival of An Everyday Story, a game that explores the memories of an Italian-American man through three small, meaningful objects in his life. The studio revealed that the title will be available on Steam starting September 25. The game's purpose is to encourage players to appreciate the small things around them, which often go unnoticed amidst the noise and rush of everyday life.

Developers Roberto Vergine and Alessio Oliva expressed great excitement about the release. "An Everyday Story was an emotional rollercoaster made up of everyday choices, challenges, and joys. The game unfolds through the exploration of the protagonist's memories, using three toys with distinct abilities. The tin soldier, the bat origami, and the wooden ship not only represent important moments in the character's life but also have their own strengths and weaknesses, which players must creatively use to progress through the narrative.

Each of these toys offers a unique mechanic. The tin soldier is equipped with a hook that can attach to metal objects, a suction cup, and a parachute, and can also use a lighter to illuminate dark environments. The bat origami has high mobility, can glide and pass through small spaces. The wooden ship can interact with levers and objects using its anchor and even create new paths by breaking obstacles.
