Leading international developer and publisher MY.GAMES has announced a special collaboration between War Robots, the tactical PvP shooter developed by in-house studio Pixonic, and the iconic Swedish heavy metal band Sabaton. This partnership celebrates players’ passion for the legendary group and coincides with the release of Sabaton’s new album Legends, which features a selected track in a dedicated in-game event. All of this new content is now available with Update 11.5 across all platforms.

The collaboration arrives alongside the Fire Storm event, running from October 28 to December 9. During this period, players can enjoy Sabaton’s brand-new song A Tiger Among Dragons as the soundtrack for their hangars. The hangar’s design takes inspiration from the Legends album cover and perfectly captures the world of steel, fire, and conflict that defines the game.

According to Boris Burangulov, Producer at Pixonic, “the main driving force behind the War Robots and Sabaton team-up is the community.” He explained that regular surveys revealed a strong preference for rock and metal among players, with Sabaton emerging as the most beloved band. “This inspired the team to reach out and create something truly special,” he added.

Pär Sundström, bassist, manager, and one of Sabaton’s founders, shared that the band was thrilled by the collaboration: “It was humbling to learn that so many players chose us. We thought about the best way to say thank you, and with this little collaboration, we’re bringing one of our new songs straight to the hangars. We hope the players enjoy it.”

Released in 2014, the title from MY.GAMES continues to grow, boasting over 300 million registered users and a vast, active community. Its universe has since expanded with War Robots: Frontiers, a high-end third-person shooter developed with Unreal Engine 5 for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms.
