Studio 213℉ presented the first public playable demo of LUNAR PULSE, its new roguelike card game for PC, at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The production is designed as a single-player experience set during an eternal moonlit night, where witches take part in a ritual that determines life and death. The premise places the player and opponent with their hands fully revealed, with each turn resolved through the simultaneous selection of cards that clash directly.
The combat system turns every decision into a high-risk situation, as any move can result in instant defeat. The experience seeks to recreate the constant pressure of a "death game" through a card-based system in which reading the opponent, planning ahead, and making precise choices are essential to progressing.
The production also features a side-scrolling action RPG set in a three-dimensional world, with a campaign structured around a 100-day deadline leading to the final battle. The path toward this confrontation depends on the player's decisions, while crafting systems allow players to create different resources and determine how they want to approach the journey.
Customization further expands the available options, allowing players to modify the protagonist, swords, base, Imouto, and other elements of the experience. Combat provides countless weapons for battling enemy armies, while different ways of managing the 100 days influence the events and can lead to multiple endings.
