Project P.I.T.T., developed by French solo creator Froke, has been attracting attention within the indie gaming community by transforming the mass production of rubber ducks into an absurd physics based incremental experience. Even before its first public demo became available, the title had already surpassed 55,000 wishlists on Steam and recorded more than 65,000 downloads of its early version on itch.io.

The release of the first Steam demo was announced by Froke alongside Pretty Soon, giving players an opportunity to explore the game's unusual concept firsthand. The demo will also be featured during the upcoming Steam Next Fest, further increasing the visibility of one of the platform's most intriguing upcoming indie projects.

The experience takes place inside a brutalist office environment defined by exposed concrete, harsh lighting, and low-poly visuals inspired by the PSX era. Within this unsettling setting, corporate productivity culture is reimagined as a first person sandbox that becomes increasingly strange as players push its systems to new extremes.

The premise places players in charge of feeding an enigmatic corporate void that grows larger and hungrier over time. Progress depends on designing improvised machines and physics driven contraptions, turning repetitive tasks into unpredictable experiments that blend automation, humor, and controlled chaos.

Among the features available in the demo are the ability to feed rubber ducks into a mysterious corporate abyss, construct devices using magnets, fans, panels, and other interactive components, and unlock tools and upgrades that improve production efficiency. The progression system also rewards chained actions with increasingly dramatic visual and audio feedback.

By combining corporate satire, creative construction, and emergent physics based gameplay, the project offers a distinctive take on the incremental genre. The result is an experience that transforms a seemingly simple routine into a spectacle of mechanical improvisation, where every duck fed into the system contributes to an operation that is as profitable as it is unsettling.
