The international publisher Mindscape and indie studio OneManOnMars Art & Games have proudly announced that Leif's Adventure: Netherworld Hero will officially launch on December 19, 2024. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Steam, marking the culmination of years of creativity and dedication.

Roman Fuhrer, the game's solo developer, spent seven years crafting this hand-drawn adventure, fueled by his passion for immersive worlds and compelling narratives. “After more than seven years of hard work, it feels almost surreal to finally announce a release date! I’m beyond excited for the real adventure to begin,” said Fuhrer, highlighting the personal significance of a project that places friendship and courage at the heart of its story.

This epic journey transports players to a universe inspired by Nordic folklore, where they can alternate between Leif and his supernatural companion, Ghost. Each character offers unique abilities, creating a rich and adaptable experience. Whether in local co-op or solo mode, players are tasked with defending the village of Hammerfall from a dark invasion, navigating traps, solving puzzles, and unlocking game-changing skills.

The experience is further enriched by stunning hand-drawn visuals, detailed levels, challenging monsters, and elemental weapons. The ability to customize equipment and enhance skills adds depth to the gameplay, making every combat encounter and exploration unique.
