Developer Klei Entertainment and mobile publisher Playdigious have announced that Don't Starve Together will launch on iOS and Android on July 21, bringing the standalone multiplayer experience set in the acclaimed survival game's universe to mobile platforms. The adaptation has been carefully redesigned for smartphones and tablets, allowing players to face the dangers of a mysterious world filled with strange creatures, constant threats, and ancient secrets.

The experience places players in a hostile procedurally generated environment where gathering resources, crafting tools, building structures, and carefully managing survival are essential. The adventure can be enjoyed through private games with friends or online sessions, where players can meet new companions and tackle challenges together.

Exploration remains at the heart of the experience, offering a vast world packed with diverse biomes, underground caves, the enigmatic Ancient Archive, and the Lunar Islands accessible by sea. The variety of locations and activities is designed to keep players engaged for a long time, continuously presenting new resources, dangers, and mysteries to uncover.

Combat also plays a major role throughout the journey, featuring seasonal bosses, wandering threats, shadow creatures, and unpredictable wildlife capable of turning unprepared survivors into ghosts. Cooperation between players will be essential to overcome increasingly demanding challenges as they progress.

The mobile version features a revamped interface tailored for touchscreens, controller compatibility, Game Center achievements, and cloud save functionality, allowing progress to be shared across devices within the same operating system. The release will also include specific optimizations for the iPhone 17 lineup, including Pro Max models.

Players can already pre-register on Google Play or pre-order through the App Store. As an incentive for early adopters, the mobile edition will launch with a special 10% discount during its release period.
