Q-Games officially revealed Yodelee Golf, the newest project in the PixelJunk series, during BitSummit PUNCH, which took place this weekend in Kyoto, Japan. The event also marked the debut of the game’s first public demo, giving attendees the opportunity to experience its chaotic cooperative gameplay and surreal open world setting firsthand.

The project blends golf, exploration, and exaggerated physics across environments filled with mountains, secret caves, boats, gondolas, monsters, and even rubber duckies. Supporting up to four players in both online and local multiplayer, the adventure focuses on unpredictable situations and constant interaction between participants.

One of the title’s standout features is its voice driven gameplay system. Everything players say is converted in real time into giant 3D letters that appear throughout the environment, influencing the world around them and adding to the game’s playful atmosphere. According to the official description, “Shout at the ball to go in, and it might just hear you.”

The game also features a dynamic voice echo system and ray traced proximity chat designed to enhance immersion while players explore the world. Voices naturally reverberate through the environment, reinforcing the project’s social and lighthearted tone.
