Omelet You Cook officially reaches version 1.0, delivering a cooking roguelike experience that is both cozy and chaotic, where making omelets is the only way to please an ever furious chicken principal. Developed by Dan Schumacher and Hjalte Tagmose and published by SchuBox Games, the game challenges players to put their kitchen skills to the test in intense, creative, and highly unpredictable runs.

The project originally launched into Early Access on June 7th as part of Wholesome Direct, and since then it has earned more than 650 Steam reviews while maintaining an impressive 99% positive rating. This strong community feedback helped shape the final content, now delivering a more complete and polished experience.

Version 1.0 introduces a conclusion to the story of the dreaded Principal Clucker, along with a new challenge mode known as Black Apron difficulty, designed for players seeking an even tougher test. The update also expands the game’s reach with localization into Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.

In each run, players must create the perfect omelet by combining ingredients and meeting the increasingly demanding requests of eccentric customers. New dangers, unexpected restrictions, and higher score goals constantly emerge, pushing culinary creativity to its limits.

Every customer has their own personality and unique tastes, forcing players to adapt their recipes in real time. One moment calls for a classic bell pepper and bacon omelet, while the next demands throwing donuts, pickles, and pineapple into the pan, reinforcing the game’s unpredictable and frantic tone.
