Indie studio Alpha Channel has unveiled its debut title, TankHead, a roguelite blending exploration and vehicle combat in the hostile lands of the ECA. Announced as a surprise during Day of the Devs: The Game Awards Edition, the game is now available exclusively on the Epic Games Store. Players take on the role of Whitaker, a sleepwalker who remotely pilots a robust drone called a Needle to navigate the ECA’s unforgiving terrain in search of high-value items and answers within the ruins of Highpoint City.

In TankHead, missions often lead to climactic battles against formidable war machines known as TankHeads. Success demands more than firepower—players must strategically outfit their tanks with various weapons, armor, and abilities. Tactical combat encourages precision as players exploit enemy weak points to deliver decisive blows.
