Physical Mania Revives Retro Classics: Top Racer and Glover Coming to PlayStation

Physical Mania, the branch of Piko Interactive dedicated to reviving retro classics on modern consoles, has announced the release of physical versions of two iconic games: Top Racer and Glover. These games, which defined generations on the Nintendo 64 and Super NES, will soon be available for PlayStation, promising a complete nostalgic experience for long-time fans.


Top Racer Collection, released on March 7, 2024, for PC and modern consoles, is a collaboration between Piko Interactive and QUByte Interactive, bringing together the three main titles from the 1992 racing franchise for the Super NES. In addition to the original games, Top Racer, Top Racer 2, and Top Racer 3000, the collection includes an exclusive mode and the possibility of online competitions. Now, the physical version for PS4 and PS5 is on its way, providing players with a new way to enjoy these classics.


Meanwhile, Glover is a 3D platformer released in 1998 for the Nintendo 64 that has achieved cult status over the years. Piko Interactive, in partnership with QUByte Interactive, has already released a version for PC on Steam, and a digital version for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch is also in development, with a release scheduled for the second half of 2024. The physical version of Glover will also soon be available for PS4 through Physical Mania.
