Mundo Gamer Network has announced the opening of registrations for the next edition of the Mundo Gamer Showcase, scheduled for June 20, 2026. This will be the third edition of the event and the second one held in 2026, reinforcing its commitment to providing ongoing visibility for independent projects.

The broadcast is set to take place at 2 PM BRT, with simultaneous streaming on Mundo Gamer TV’s YouTube and Twitch channels, alongside additional distribution across the network’s social media platforms. This strategy expands the showcase’s reach and connects with audiences across multiple digital spaces.

The event follows a model that unfolds over approximately eight weeks, combining early promotion, live event coverage, and continued engagement with press and content creators in the weeks that follow. The approach aims to reduce the fragmentation commonly seen in indie game launches by offering a more consistent exposure window.

Throughout this cycle, selected projects are also featured across Mundo Gamer Network’s platforms, with content focused on development teams, behind the scenes insights, and deeper explorations that help contextualize each game for the audience.

As a new addition for this edition, a Press Room will be introduced, designed to streamline access for the press and facilitate more efficient coverage of participating titles. The initiative is intended to improve communication between developers and media outlets throughout the event’s duration.

In the previous edition, participating games were organized into an official Steam page, allowing players to follow the projects and add titles to their wishlists. This initiative helped centralize discovery and increase community engagement.

Held in March 2026, the last showcase featured 39 games and helped solidify the current event format. The results highlight its growth, with over 1.8 million impressions on its Steam event page and 220 media coverages recorded.

The international reach also stood out, with more than 60 media partners involved, content published in seven languages, and representation from 19 countries, underscoring the diversity and global potential of the showcased projects. Studios, publishers, and developers interested in joining the upcoming edition can apply until May 31, which is the final deadline set by the organizers for participation.
