FLASK has received a new demo on Steam, surpassing 5,000 plays within its first 24 hours and marking a promising start for the roguelike autobattler developed by Chop Chop Games and published by Ghost Ship Publishing. Set in a post medieval dark fantasy world, the game puts players in the role of a debt ridden alchemist venturing beyond the Goblin Gate in search of fortune, battling monsters to harvest their valuable green blood and turn it into wealth.

The adventure unfolds aboard a fortified mobile tower, where preparation is just as important as combat. The experience blends deckbuilding mechanics with autobattle gameplay, allowing players to create and strengthen homunculi who serve as their primary fighters during each expedition. Every run begins with a single ally, but the team can grow to three heroes, expanding the strategic possibilities throughout the journey.

Customization plays a central role thanks to a collection of more than 500 flasks. Each homunculus features unique abilities, while items, snacks, and mutations provide countless ways to enhance every character. This system gives players the freedom to shape each warrior according to their preferred playstyle, whether as a resilient defender, an aggressive fighter, or a balanced hybrid between multiple roles.

In addition to its main campaign, the title features asynchronous PvP battles where aspiring alchemists compete for the prestigious Grand Alchemist title. This mode allows players to put their carefully crafted team compositions to the test against rival builds, rewarding effective strategies and strong synergies.

Expeditions beyond the Goblin Gate also promise increasingly valuable rewards as the dangers intensify. Greedy merchants, powerful allies, and grotesque creatures await those willing to venture deeper, while the story gradually uncovers the mysteries surrounding the monsters' origins and the truth behind the gate itself, encouraging players to push further in search of secrets and greater riches.
