One of the releases arriving in September is Flamecraft, filled with cute artwork and plenty of magic. The title is now available on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, developed by independent studio Monster Couch, known for Wingspan and Quilts and Cats of Calico. The cozy strategy game places artisan dragons and enchanted shops at the center of an experience focused on resource management, shop development, and turn-based decisions.

The experience supports matches for one to five players, who take on the role of Flamekeepers tasked with helping artisan dragons and shopkeepers delight the townspeople. Progression involves gathering and managing resources, upgrading shops through enchantments, and developing strategies to achieve the title of Master of Flamecraft.

The online multiplayer mode features crossplay across platforms, allowing players to join matches regardless of their chosen system. Options include short matchmaking, long matchmaking, and custom games, while AI controlled opponents with different difficulty levels expand the possibilities for those who prefer playing alone or want to test their skills before facing other participants.

Solo Mode also allows players to progress at their own pace, while achievements unlock parts of an original story featuring dragons and townspeople. The narrative follows their shared effort to build a lighthouse capable of guiding artisan dragons from distant lands to a place they can finally call home.

The fully narrated interactive tutorial features the voice of Becca Scott, who guides players through the main systems while introducing the game's universe. The introduction is designed to make the mechanics easier to learn while establishing the adventure's welcoming atmosphere.

With its simultaneous arrival on major consoles and PC, the production expands its accessible strategy offering by combining competitive matches, cooperative experiences, and single player content in a universe centered on the relationship between artisan dragons, shopkeepers, and townspeople.
