After an extremely successful and bustling gamescom 2024, publisher ESDigital Games is excited to share all the new gameplay trailers showcased at the event. With a packed schedule in both the Business and Consumer halls, the ESDigital Games team presented hands-on demos for eight titles from their growing portfolio of games, each offering a unique and engaging experience.

Now that the show in Cologne has wrapped up, ESDigital Games is thrilled to unveil all eight new gameplay trailers revealed. Highlights include AWAKEN - Astral Blade, Steel Seed, Island of Winds, BattleJuice Alchemist, Sky of Tides, Cats on Duty, Memory Lost, and REMEDIUM. These titles promise to appeal to a wide range of players, with something special for every taste and preference.

For those who couldn't attend gamescom, ESDigital Games has more exciting news. Steel Seed and AWAKEN - Astral Blade will be showcased at PAX West from August 30 to September 2 in Seattle, WA. Attendees will have the chance to experience the same demos that were shown in Cologne and explore new aspects of these two thrilling titles. Both games will be located at booth 917. Additionally, AWAKEN - Astral Blade and Sky of Tides will also be available at The Mix Seattle Showcase on August 30.

AWAKEN - Astral Blade, developed by Dark Pigeon Games, is a dark and immersive 2D Metroidvania game. Players will follow Tania, a bionically enhanced heroine, as she ventures into the depths of tropical forests in search of a missing Investigation Force. Tania will uncover ancient secrets and face surprising enemies while uncovering the truth about her own origins and destiny.

Sky of Tides, from Lofty Sky Entertainment, is a sci-fi adventure with RPG elements set in a technologically advanced universe on the brink of war. Players will follow Rin as she searches for her missing father and attempts to heal the broken planet of Numen. The game allows players to explore the world and see how their choices impact the narrative.

Steel Seed, developed by Storm in a Teacup, features a dark sci-fi world where humanity is on the brink of extinction. Players will join Zoe and her drone Koby as they explore a hostile underground facility in search of answers and the key to humanity’s survival. The gamescom demo revealed the game’s stealth and action gameplay, showcasing its deep story and stunning futuristic environments.

Island of Winds, developed by Parity Games, is an adventure set in an open-world environment inspired by 17th-century Iceland. The game combines a rich story, intriguing puzzles, and encounters with legendary creatures and magic. Players will explore a beautifully recreated historical setting while engaging in a captivating narrative.

Battlejuice Alchemist, winner of the GDC Best in Play 2024, is an alchemy RPG that blends top-down combat with one-on-one JRPG-style battles. Players will explore the wild, learn ritual magic, and craft potions to fight against demonic hordes threatening the land.

Cats on Duty offers a unique blend of RTS, tower defense, and match-3 genres. Players will manage two battlefields simultaneously, upgrading and arming their cat towers to fend off formidable enemy hordes. It’s a strategic and fun experience that challenges players to refine their tactics and skills.

Memory Lost is an action-packed shooter with an innovative twist, where players capture enemy minds and assume their bodies to survive. With unique gameplay mechanics and a challenging system, Memory Lost offers an exciting and novel experience.

Finally, REMEDIUM is a fast-paced twin-stick shooter set in a post-apocalyptic Renaissance. Over a century after a devastating plague turned most of the population into mutants, players must fight against hordes of enemies and search for a cure while exploring a dark and desolate landscape.
