DevGAMM Conference in Portugal is gearing up for a program filled with top talent from the global games industry. Featuring iconic veterans and rising stars working on innovative new projects, the event will bring together more than 50 speakers. Peter Molyneux, widely known as the creator of the God Game genre, will serve as keynote speaker, joined by developers behind Clair Obscur Expedition 33, The Alters, and other highly anticipated titles, strengthening the bridge between proven methods and fresh ideas.


Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from and engage with renowned industry figures such as Peter Molyneux from 22cans, Raphaël Joffres from Sandfall Interactive, Paola Velasquez from Sony Interactive Entertainment, Abby LeMaster from Riot Games, Petr Pekař from Warhorse Studios, Gabriela Siemienkowicz from 11 bit studios, Nikola Stoyanov from Ubisoft Sofia, and Yegor Ostapenko from GSC Game World. Experts from Unity Technologies, Miniclip, Giants Software, Scopely, Sybo Games, and other major companies will also share insights from acclaimed franchises.


Across more than 20 content tracks, visitors can explore lectures, workshops, and exclusive fireside chats. The highlight session will bring together Peter Molyneux and games media veteran James Binns for a conversation focused on creative conviction, resilience, and developing high quality experiences under tighter budgets and production constraints, all informed by a career shaped by Fable, Populous, and Syndicate.


Beyond educational content, the conference includes a variety of initiatives focused on game development and project visibility. The program features a Game Showcase with 80+ titles, a Public Pitch session offering presentation feedback from industry experts, the DevGAMM Awards for indie and AA studios with a total prize pool of $135,000, a Steam Event spotlighting the event’s standout games, and Engage, designed to connect developers and publishers.


Networking remains a core element of the conference, known for enabling meaningful professional connections and real business deals. Powered by the MeetToMatch platform, the event makes it easy to schedule meetings and maintain productive engagement. DevGAMM returns to Portugal in 2025 for the third time with an expanded structure. Activities begin on Madeira Island with the exclusive C level Madeira Games Summit on November 3–4, aimed at strengthening collaboration between executives from major studios. The week continues in Lisbon on November 6–7 at the Myriad by SANA hotel, reinforcing the conference’s status as a key venue for business growth in the games sector.
