Desert Race Adventures has released a new trailer, a strategic adventure rally game launching this summer for PC (Steam) and Nintendo Switch. By combining management elements and decision-making in challenging terrains, the experience promises adrenaline and strategy in every race.

Developed by the Portuguese team at Firedrake Games and published by the Finnish studio and publisher Black Smoke Studios, the title is a retro-inspired adventure with a roguelike twist. It offers a fusion between the classic journey of Oregon Trail and the intensity of the Dakar Rally, challenging players to lead their teams across Europe and Africa.

Throughout the journey, players must carefully manage their crew, vehicle, and supplies, making strategic decisions that could lead to victory or failure. Every encounter on the road can either push progress forward or bring unexpected setbacks, requiring quick thinking and constant adaptation.

With visuals inspired by retro styles and modern gameplay, the game delivers a charming and dynamic experience. Thanks to an unpredictable event system and multiple team and strategy combinations to explore, each race will be unique, encouraging players to try, fail, and try again in pursuit of the highest score.
