RolldBox Games and Jataí Games have released Alex & Arty on Steam, a colorful adventure that combines exploration, environmental restoration, and a non-violent approach. The experience takes place on the planet Gladness, where players travel across different regions alongside Arty, a companion capable of taking on multiple forms and providing new ways to navigate the environment and uncover its secrets.

Rather than fighting enemies, the adventure focuses on restoring damaged areas and bringing life back to Gladness's ecosystems. To achieve this, players use the Ionizer, a tool capable of purifying environmental corruption, helping affected creatures recover, and transforming polluted landscapes into vibrant environments. The central idea is to encourage environmental preservation through actions that progressively change the world around them.

The adventure also introduces the Dilimals, creatures with distinct behaviors and personalities, alongside side quests, hidden secrets, and building systems. Each region features its own visual characteristics and environmental challenges, while Arty's different forms expand the possibilities for exploration and interaction with the surroundings.

Players can switch between Alex and Arty to perform different activities throughout the journey. While Alex uses the Ionizer to purify contaminated areas, Arty allows players to interact directly with the creatures they encounter along the way. This dynamic combines exploration and environmental restoration, ensuring that players' actions affect the appearance and condition of the locations they visit.

At launch, the game supports eight languages: English, Spanish (Spain), Catalan, Brazilian Portuguese, German, French, Italian, and Simplified Chinese. The experience embraces an accessible, non-violent adventure in which discovering new places, interacting with their inhabitants, and restoring the planet serve as the main elements of progression.
